Seconds from Topsham's main shops, minutes to riverside, restaurants, pubs, swimming pool and tennis courts, bus and train routes.
Accommodation includes:
- Clean bedlinen and towels provided but not beach towels
- TV, video, broadband
- Washing machine and dryer
- Iron and ironing board
- Outside gas BBQ
- Open fire - used firewood and kindling should be topped up
